Can I switch between plans?
Certainly! You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your sales volume to find the plan that best meets your evolving needs. Please note that downgrading to a smaller plan will disable any features that were available on a higher plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is processed within the Shopify platform.
Are there any hidden fees beyond the displayed cost?
No, the subscription cost covers all the features listed under each plan. There are no hidden fees or extra charges.
What happens when my bundle sales exceed my plan’s limit?
You will see a message in the app admin panel when you are close to reaching your sales limit. Once this limit has been reached, Boxi's features will be temporarily paused until you upgrade to a higher plan.
How are bundle sales calculated?
Bundle sales are calculated based on the total value of all orders placed through the Boxi app in the past 30 days.
